Come to reverse table top position. Straighten legs with heels pressing into the floor, toes pointed forward. Press your inner feet and hands down into your mat and lift your hips towards the ceiling. Imagine there is a string attached to your pelvis pulling it up towards the ceiling.

Well, you don’t know their reasons. I’m a mom and college student, plus I work. Sometimes the only time I can go to the gym is right after work when I’m still all dolled up. I’m not taking my makeup off just so I can please you, and to show you that I’m serious about my workout. I’m probably working out harder than you in my lipstick.
The only time I can get to the gym is between classes, and sometimes I have quite a bit of makeup on. I figure, it’ll come off in my shower when I wash off all the sweat. Sorry I’m not sorry.
